(1) Function and application of auxiliary runner

(2) Auxiliary runner design
The following points should be paid attention to in the design of auxiliary runner.
①, diameter is generally 30 3 ~ 4mm. If the auxiliary flow channel is increased to improve melt flow, the diameter of the auxiliary flow channel can be determined according to the size of the plastic product.
② the gate size is 2mm × 1mm, and each plastic product usually has three gate links.
③, the auxiliary flow channel shall be connected through the flow channel and the main channel to facilitate melt flow.
④, putter shall be designed on the auxiliary flow path, and the diameter of putter shall be 30 3 ~ 4mm.
⑤, to ensure that plastic products remain on the side with a push-out structure after mold opening, the cross section shape of the flow channel should be trapezoidal or U-shaped. In other cases, the cross-sectional shape of the auxiliary runner shall be made into a circle.
